Women In Networking LLC was formally established in Victoria MN in October 2005 as a networking group for women business owners. Members meet on a monthly basis over lunch to share successful business techniques, systems and services with one another. There are no referral requirements. We also have several All Chapter events throughout the year that feature a speaker or they are a social event where we get to know our fellow Members on a more personal level.

Women in Networking Mission Statement
To create a network of women professionals to support one another and help our businesses grow by sharing successful techniques, systems, products and services with one another. Keep it simple, effective, informal and valuable.

Meeting Your Expectations
Your time is important! We start our meetings with a casual lunch. After lunch, we proceed to a 60-second member commercial that allows each person to request a specific referral or business need, or expound on a promotion or marketing effort. After commercials, one member is spotlighted in a 5-minute extended commercial about what sets her own business apart.
From there we commence to a brainstorming topic or educational segment. This business-related portion of the meeting is designed to help members manage and grow their business. Everyone walks away with valuable tips and insights.
Completing our agenda is a time for referrals and testimonies, one of the key benefits of joining our networking chapter. Finally, our meetings end with a drawing for a small door prize.
Who Are Our Members?
The majority of our members are women who own their own business and typically “do everything” like a photographer, marketing consultant, independent sales director, designer and coach or trainer. They join under their full-time occupation. We have other members who are employees or independent contractors for larger organizations like banks, financial institutions and real estate brokerages. We allow one member per company per industry to join a Chapter. Our Membership Committee reviews Member Applications to make sure there aren’t any conflicts before a member can join.
