Why Members Join and Stay with Women In Networking
Members join because they benefit from the connections made at the monthly meetings. They come back because they develop friendships that go beyond the monthly meetings. “WIN Socials” are opportunities to further acquaint members on a quarterly basis, and as members develop trust in and with each other, they recognize the gold mine of information, resources, and opportunities that are rooted within the group. Members become a great addition to your “sales force” by working “for you” throughout the month.
Who joins Women in Networking?
We are looking for women professionals who want to share their skills and talents with Members, who want to grow their business and women who are interested in making connections. We want Members to learn from other Member’s success and mistakes. Our Members not only seek referrals, but support for their business. Many Members create lasting partnerships with other Members, becoming friends beyond regularly scheduled Women in Networking events.
The majority of our members are business owners joining under their primary, full-time occupation. You do not have to live or work within the area of the Chapter you’d like to join, although we do recommend it.
